If you are willing to describe the problem in more detail, the
Bio-Formats developers (CC'd) can certainly make it so that your files
can be opened. You may also wish to try updating to the latest trunk
build of the plugins, as a problem with TillVision files was very recently
fixed (though I do not know if it was related to the problems that you
experienced).
