Hi, The diaphot has a lens in the turret, I want to use it for optical tweezing needs, shall I remove the lens? Does anyone have experience withe this system/conversion. does anyone have a schematic of all the lenses in tha diaphot.
also, I am looking for a 100x oil objective to use on a diaphot as a optical trap and also for raman spectroscopy. I think the choice should be a CF objective. I would like to know what I could work with and am willing to pay for itl if you have something suitable. It should be 160mm not infinity corrected but corrected for coverglass. regards anjan |

To join, leave or search the confocal microscopy listserv, go to: http://lists.umn.edu/cgi-bin/wa?A0=confocalmicroscopy ***** The lens collimates the output of a 160mm tube length objective for the dicroic mirror -if I remember correctly.
