diaphot tmd parts and a 100x objective

Hi, The diaphot has a lens in the turret, I want to use it for optical tweezing needs, shall I remove the lens? Does anyone have experience withe this system/conversion. does anyone have a schematic of all the lenses in tha diaphot.

also, I am looking for a 100x oil objective to use on a diaphot as a optical trap and also for raman spectroscopy. I think the choice should be a CF objective. I would like to know what I could work with and am willing to pay for itl if you have something suitable. It should be 160mm not infinity corrected but corrected for coverglass.

regards
anjan

To join, leave or search the confocal microscopy listserv, go to:

The lens collimates the output of a 160mm tube length objective for
the dicroic mirror -if I remember correctly.

Re: diaphot tmd parts and a 100x objective

Hi Ed,  I am a little unclear, is this a mispost or do you have an objective available?

Anjan
