experience with the laser line 1041nm or 1033nm

Dear list members,

we are planning to buy a new pulsed multi photon laser. One of the newest trends is the Spectra Physics InSight DeepSee dual line laser. It range from 680 to 1300nm with second line at 1041nm.  We want to measure simultaneously two wavelengths. But the laser line 1041nm appears not ideal for me to measure either green or red fluorescent dyes. Has someone experience which dyes or structures (SHG/ THG) are suited for this laser line or know to work with the laser line 1033nm?
