I am an university student that has just basic knowledge of confocal microscopy. I have been given an essay entitled:
what factors can infleuence the use of dyes in confocal microscopy?
I don't know if i should be talking about resolution, pinhole size, photobleaching etc.
any advice would be appreciated.
