I hope you can kindly help me with the following question

My goal is to make a microFRAP experiment at very high temporal resolution,
(MicroPoint Andor, and Spinning Disk Confocal, PerkinElmer)
what would be the BEST choice of existing fluorescent protein?.
I'd better choose a protein with very high brightness (eg LanYFP), and thus
improve temporal resolution, or choose a protein with a high photostability
(eg mNeonGreen).
or maybe I should choose one protein that will be easier to photobleach.

any other tips to be taken into consideration will be extremely grateful
thank you very much
regards
