Dear all,
Has anyone out there have a plugin for frame averaging in micromanager ?
I am using version 1.4.22 micromanager and an andor ixon + emccd.
I tried the frameaverager.jar plugin but it didn't work. so next I tried the frame processor plugin which seems to be an upgrade to this .
didn't work either.
Any suggestions would be appreciated .
