Greetings,

Does anyone have experience growing mouse lung cancer cells on glass cover slips?  I have an user who is having difficulty getting these cells to stay attached and grow.
I believe he has tried uncoated and poly-lysine coated coverslips.  Any suggestions would be immensely appreciated by him.

Hi Hank:

Our users have a lot of success with Cel-Tak from BD. We haven't found anything yet that doesn't stick to it and haven't noticed any negative effects (i.e. increased background).

Good luck,

Chris,

I have a question which maybe is foolish, but can one use Cell-Tak for mobility assays?

Hank
