Dear all,
I am writing to advertise a post-doctoral research associate position at
Cambridge University. Over the last 3 years we have established an imaging
facility dedicated to biochemical imaging, facility that will be soon
complemented with the latest tools available for optogenetics. We are
interested in studying the interplay between signalling pathways concurring
in cell fate determination.
We are seeking a post-doctoral researcher who can lead developments of
novel detection techniques, sensor technologies and data analysis algorithms
under my supervision. We are integrating spectrally- and polarization-
resolved TCSPC with acute stimulation of biochemical pathways. We need
support in integrating the latest technologies in our system. However,
particular emphasis will be placed on the analysis of complex multivariate
data to identify the few biochemically relevant estimates from the large
photophysical dataset we are capable to collect. A strong interest in
multidisciplinary work is required.
