We're currently looking for a


Senior Product Manager, Life Sciences Division, Lumen Dynamics (http://www.ldgi-xcite.com/)



... responsible for strategic management of Lumen Dynamic's Life Science product lines to ensure achievement of stated sales, growth and profit objectives within the business plan.  Key activities include strategic planning, new product development/introduction and business development.

If you have a proven track record of the following the medical device, LCD displays, optoelectronics, digital printing, and life science microscopy industries...

*              Developing and implementing effective product line and global marketing strategies and product development roadmaps to increase market share and grow into new and related markets

*              Maintaining an active focus and interfacing with market "drivers" (technologies and end user needs) staying on top of trends resulting in a continuous proactive market-driven approach

*              Identifying and developing new market opportunities to leverage the core competencies and products in life science product lines

*              Creating and executing business development plans to address identified opportunities and collaborating closely with the Research & Development team to develop new product ideas, to qualify, define and launch new products in line with a stage-gate system

*              Identifying, creating and developing key global industry/market relationships and partnerships., executing strategies to best leverage these relationships into global market share growth, new product development and/or value enhancement



And if you have...



*              University level Degree or Diploma from a recognized educational institution in Business or Science field

*              7+ years of product management experience in the Life Sciences industry - medical device, LCD displays, optoelectronics, digital printing, or life science microscopy

*              Ability to write reports and business correspondence; Strong business analysis skills

*              Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public

*              Strong project management and organizational skills

*              A proactive team player, possessing solid technical knowledge and related market / product experiences

*              High technical aptitude

*              Ability to work under pressure and severe time constraints and within rapidly changing markets

*              Excellent English verbal and written communications skills for report writing, documentation

*              Computer skills (Microsoft Office, sales management systems, Data Base management)

*              International travel experience
