Are there any cores/shared labs that will require users supply their own keyboard & mouse, we would assume in addition to staff keyboard & mouse that could be installed simultaneously?

Hope everyone is doing well.

Dear Michael,

Currently EMBL Heidelberg and also the ALMF is closed and we are working
from home as much as possible.
But when reopening we will implement the recommendations from German
BioImaging as much as possible
https://www.gerbi-gmb.de/Corona
and there the suggestion is to: "Cover keyboards, mice, eyepieces, binocular
body and other touchable surfaces with plastic  wrap for  household
use(cling film)-see images below."

Hope this helps,
Best wishes,
Stefan

Dear all,

my institute has been open with some restrictions. We are using the
cling film solution and so far it seemed to be a cheap and cheerful
solution, that works nicely for staff to replace and users to use.

Best Ralph

Same in my facility, and the groups in the institute also adopted this
for their lab microscopes and it works well.

Best,

Christian
