Does anyone have experience with the MMI CellManipulator laser tweezers
system and the quadrant detector system they have for force measurements?
Can you describe the pros and cons of this system compared to a home built
laser tweezers setup or other commercial systems. My applications requires
real time computer controlled manipulation of 1 or 2 objects (micron sized
beads) and force measurements (up to ~100pN).
