light path problem in Axiovert 200m

Hi all,
 
We are having a problem with our Zeiss Axiovert 200M. The light path steering components are not working.  The light path is stock on the side port.  I can’t get the light path to go to the other ports or the binocular. Can anyone offer some insight as to what the problem might be.
