looking for a job

Search the CONFOCAL archive at http://listserv.acsu.buffalo.edu/cgi-bin/wa?S1=confocal hi,
I wonder to know whether I should find a new job. since I got my master degree on optical imaging, I have worked in the imaging facility of one national biological institute for two years. Actually, before I come here, there is only one confocal which was used as common fluorescence microscope.
During the past two years,I built the imaging facility. I bought one confocal ,one two photon and a live cell imaging system.I did many thing for the imaging facility.
Now all of the imaging systems work well, they can image all kinds of fixed specimen, culture cell(including plant cell), brain slice, and intact mice brain.and I can do calcium inaging, FRET,FRAP,...,I think I am quite familiar with all kinds of microscope from different companies.I have ever built a two photon microscope when I was a student.I know the principle of FRET,FRAP,FCS,FLIM two years ago.During last two years, I have learned how to do FRET,FRAP and calcium imaging on plant cell, culture neurons and brain slice.
I can culture neurons,do some electronic physiology, such as whole cell patch.I am familiar with common software on image analysis, such as image j,photoshop.
why I hope to find a new job.First,I am not satisfaction with my salary ($800 in beijing, china),and I always needed to work overtime, and no call-back pay.second, I hope to find an oversea job. But I am still hesitate to do that.
Could  you please give me some suggestions? Any comments will be appreciated. Thanks a lot.
    best regards
     Tom
