mirrors and dichroics

I’m building my own TIRF LASER Launch, can anybody recommend a vendor to purchase mirrors and dichroics from and what their specs should be?

Re: mirrors and dichroics

There are many vendors out there, but here are the ones that I've used for building a TIRF microscope (no commercial interest).

Chroma
Omega Optical
Semrock
Thorlabs

Thorlabs also sells regular mirrors and mounts for directing laser beams through an optical train. The specs for the mirrors will depend on what types of lasers and fluorescent probes you'll want to be using. Go for the high quality ones (maximum transmission/reflection in the wavelength ranges you need for your experiments).

Re: mirrors and dichroics

The Protected Silver mirrors work rather well for most of the visible
spectrum, and are relatively cheap.
