Go to www.mmc-series.org.uk/abstract-submission where you can create an account and then submit your abstract. The deadline for submitting your abstract is Friday 15 February 2019. We are accepting abstracts in the following mmc streams: Frontiers in BioImaging Scanning Probe Microscopy and Atomic Force Microscopy Life Sciences Engineering and Physical Sciences You can also submit abstracts to sessions hosted by the following groups: The Scottish Microscopy Group The Microscopy Society of Ireland The Electron Microscopy Analysis Group of the IoP (EMAG) in Instrumentation and Materials Science To see a full list of the individual sessions and their descriptions, the provisional programme including the fantastic line up of Plenary Speakers, please visit www.mmc-series.org.uk/programme. *Imaging Competition* The RMS Scientific Imaging Competition is a great opportunity for microscopists from across the world to showcase their skills with previous competitions attracting interest from BBC Earth and The Times. It provides a great outlet for those that can capture the breath-taking and engaging beauty of the microscopical world. Shortlisted entries will be displayed at mmc2019 which is also where the competition winners will be announced and awarded. Prizes are provided by many of the sponsoring companies at mmc2019 and in previous years have boasted cameras, binoculars, iPads and vouchers as prizes.
