Friends
again focused on old papers.
Years ago I started working on Mueller matrix signature related to light interactions with chromatin-DNA, element (1,4). Laura Finzi and Carlos Bustamante started working on a microscope (and some others Keller, Dorman, maestre… trying to remember).

I wonder if someone has some experience on this or comments.

I don't know about Mueller matrix but we solved some higher order structures in polytene chromosomes by TEM - published in 1997.  With super-resolution, one should now be able to see the same structure by LM.
