Hi, does anyone happens to know where to download a macro for zeiss confocal (zen black )
tile function (MACRO  called multitime series macro tile function  MTS ) , which enables an
overlap between tilled adjacent images taken, so it could be stitched afterwards?  

Also-when you spectrally image, with tiles, -does it matter if you stitch the image before or
after the linear unmixing algorithem? (located also in the zen black program of ZEISS
confocal LSM 780) ?
