Hi Alby,

Thannks for publishing open access.

What about STED-like (RESOLFT) scanning of YtvA (or relatives) - as done
by Testa et al with DronPA-M159T?

Testa I, Urban NT, Jakobs S, Eggeling C, Willig KI, Hell SW. Nanoscopy
of living brain slices with low light levels. Neuron. 2012 Sep
20;75(6):992-1000. doi: 10.1016/j.neuron.2012.07.028. PubMed PMID:
22998868.

Speaking of STED, has anyone used laser mode(s) similar to those
described by Zuchner et al to make doughnuts for STED and STED-like
scanning:

Fans of LOV (re: Alby's paper) may find of interest:

thanks in advance,
