Thank you everyone for your valuable suggestions. I will try the different
ideas! At the moment I am using 40X oil objective. I use labtek chambers to
keep the embryos with a drop of aqueous media to prevent them from drying.
I will try the water immersion lens soon and let you all know how it went!
