Now we have a problem that when we turn on the machine, the green light can not stop blinking which means that it cannot finish the initiation of the confocal. Does anyone know what happens? Thanks a lot! Best regards, Lili |

We had a similar problem due to oil spills and simple cleaning helped. Also check if you have the same issue with other sample holder(s) if you have them. Hope you will bring it back to life! Hi Zbigniew,
Thank you for your suggestions. I will have a try. Normally we don't put the sample holder in when we initiate the confocal. Does it matter?
