Hello,

Has anyone used pHrodo Red or Green and done a subsequent calibration using
Thermos intracellular pH calibration buffer kit? I am currently using it,
but I have a few questions about the calibration process. If you have used

A retiring colleague offered me three hydraulic Narishige
micromanipulators. Other than air bubles on the tubes, and consequent
decreased precision, they are in fine shape, and I would want them
repaired. Unfortunately Narishige-US does not support them because they
are over 20 years old.

Does any one knows of anyone that may do this job other than official
Narishige? The mechanics, springs and general condition is impeccable so
I find it rather remarkable that the brand refuses to support their own
material on the basis of age alone, and am not prepared to thrown them away.
