Hi,

I am trying to image ex-vivo tissue sections on a Leica SP5 confocal. So far
we managed to image on glass-bottom dishes for a few hours but would need to
perfuse the sections in order to extend the observations.

Any suggestions ?

Many thanks !

Warner Instruments makes tissue slice chambers for perfusion that work
fairly well. We use them for everything from live sections to spinal cords.

Tissue Slice Chamber RC-27L

No commercial interest, just use them around the lab.
