Dear all

There are really wonderful websites to compare the QY, QE, photostability... of fluorescent proteins but I cannot find any equivalent for chemical fluorophores (Cys, alexas, Fluoresceins...). Could anyone recommend any?

There was a document available from the laser lab in Goettingen. Here is their website

As I remember they made a comprehensive list and probably it's available as a pdf file.

May be you can contact them directly.
