Hallo,
I am about to start a project on 3D tissue structure, mostly in Arabidopsis
leaf and apical meristems.
in general, the tissue will be fixed, cell walls stained using modified
periodic acid - chiff (with Propidium iodide) - similar to the protocol by
Wytus et al, Plant Methods. 2010; 6: 17.

If possible, I would like to avoid using Hoyer's solution/chloralhydrate for
tissue clearing.
If you tried the ScaleA2 clearing medium on plant tissue, I would love to
hear if/how well it worked.
