think I know the answer to this question but I promised my Procurement Dept I
would ask the listserver. Does anyone have experience with using a third party
service provider like the “REMI Equipment Maintenance Program”
rather than going directly through the confocal system vendor? Comments on
satisfaction or unhappiness appreciated. Thanks. Tom
