I am currently measuring simultaltaneous bleedthrough signal as follows on a zeiss 880 equipped with a green sensitive pmt= chl1,

central single GaAsp = chl2 and red sensitive pmt=chl3.

The set up for dual imaging is as follows:

green emission signal (500-530 nm) is recorded on to the single GaAsP operated in photon counting mode (chl 2)

red emission signal  is recorded on a red sensitive pmt operated in photon counting mode (chl 3)

The quantum efficiency of the 2 detectors is significantly different, is there any way to correct for the QE difference when measuring spillover. Any info would be helpful
