Hello everyone!
Can someone please tell me how to study spindle orientation in complex 3D tissues using the IMARIS software? Can I generate Rose diagrams using IMARIS? If no, what is the best method to generate rose diagrams showing spindle orientation in 3D tissues? Any research papers I can read to know more on this.
