Dear Confocalists,

I am interested to hear your comments about comparison between a swept-field confocal (in particular the Bruker Opterra II, probably no other current product for this on the market?) and spinning-disk confocals (like the Yokogawa CSU or others). What is your experience from comparing these, considering factors like sensitivity,  signal/background ratio (also deeper in a sample), speed, photodamage or other important factors.
