Dear List members,
Recently I started to image dendra2-constructs in neurons with our
multi-photon system (690-1040nm). So far I was not able to turn/switch
the dendra2. I would like to know whether someone has already
successfully switch dendra2 with a chameleon ultra II laser.
Any and all advice is highly appreciated.
