Hi Marc,

In the presence of Prolong Gold (and for the most part in PBS) our
analysis shows for photostability MarinaBlue>AlexaFluor405>Pacific Blue.

PacBlue is brighter out of the gate, but does fade quicker.  Thus
MarinaBlue is often the preferred choice for imaging, while PacBlue is
used in FLOW.

I can send bleach curves off line if you like, as we have done several
times in the past when this has been asked.

Subject: Blue-violet secondary

Dear list,
I am looking to match a secondary to my DAPI filter set.
I would appreciate anybodies experience/opinions on photostability and
brightness for Marina Blue, Alexa 350, or similar.
Thanks.
