<base href="x-msg://4/">Acid washing them before each use may help.  It is possible that you detergent does not clear all adherent protein and extracellular matrix off the glass surface.

Are they coated? I probably wouldn’t reuse them but if  did, I’d make sure I got the coating right… poly-lysine or other.

Has anyone ever reused Mattek dishes? I have a user who is trying to save some money and is cleaning their dishes with a detergent, rinsing and exposing to UV light. The cells look “funny’ to me in that I can’t seem to get a crisp image. Does anyone have any experience with reusing dishes?
