Hi,
I believe it depends on what cells you are using, but they may
just not tolerate the washing procedure… any type of residue will have an
effect on adherence… this is one place where I wouldn’t try to cut
corners…
Best,
Alice

They are purchased non-coated then etched in 50% Nitric acid
overnight, Cleaned With Micro (detergent), series of EToH and Water rinses,
then 30’ UV exposure.

Hi,
Are they coated? I probably wouldn’t reuse them but
if did, I’d make sure I got the coating right… poly-lysine or
other.

Subject: Mattek dishes
Has
anyone ever reused Mattek dishes? I have a user who is trying to save some
money and is cleaning their dishes with a detergent, rinsing and exposing to UV
light. The cells look “funny’ to me in that I can’t seem to
get a crisp image. Does anyone have any experience with reusing dishes?
Thx!
Mary
