Hello,
I would look at the dishes using transmitted light or DIC after the cleaning
procedure. I would also verify whether the glue can handle the solvents used.
In general, I would not recommend reusing the dishes. It may not save money.
It takes time and chemicals to clean them and you have results that are not
satisfactory.
