I would go to optem http://www.qioptiqlinos.com/Products/CameraCouplers/  since they became part of Qioptic their products have been super, particularly if you are doing fluorescence

Subject: Olympus tube-lens with higher magnification

Dear Listers,
This is a specific query regarding Olympus microscope optics.

We have a few high-NA low-magnification objectives, for which the
nominal magnification on the objective does not provide sufficient
sampling. Ours is an upright microscope, which makes it somewhat
difficult to add custom magnification on top of the trinocular - as
one needs a mount that mates with Olympus's custom-designed mounting.

So, I am thinking of replacing the default Olympus tube-lens with a
tube-lens of longer focal length (which will lead to increased
magnification above nominal on the objective). Someone informed me
that Olympus does provide such lenses, but I cannot find them on their
website. We have tried adding variable magnification changer part from
Olympus, but that introduces aberrations.

Are such tube-lenses around?

Thanks for any pointers,
Shalin
