coloured Glass filters 45MM diamter

Dear colleagues,

I am looking for colour glass filters 650nm 20nm-bandpass filter and a near-IR RG9 glass filter for Nikon eclipse microscope which I can use in the transmission light path. The size of the filters are approximately 45mm in diameter. Mostly I find only colour glass filters which are 25.4 mm in diameter or square shaped filters. It would be really helpful if anyone can suggest a possible source of colour glass filters of 45mm diameter.
