Everyone - I just got off the bus - the Applied Precision bus, on which they
have two working DeltaVision systems, worth a visit if it comes to your
town.  Built into their software is a calculator for the optimum refractive
index of immersion oil, which takes into account wavelength, objective na,
coverslip thickness, and refractive index of mounting medium.  Does anyone
know the algorithm?
