Hi,

I am moving into the world of speckle, objective-based TIRFM to track
membrane proteins in developing growth cones.  I am trying to figure out what
kind of EMCCD camera to purchase.  I am trying to work through what are the
important specs on the different highest end cameras such as signal to noise,
sensitivity, pixel sizes, exposure times.

Roper Photometrics Cascade II 1024B
Andor Ixon EM+
Hamamatsu EM-CCD C9100-02

Any experiences with these cameras would be appreciated.  Thanks,
