I would like to thank all the persons who answer to me, and so quickly. All
your inputs are really of great help.

We just had the Leica TCS SP5 II Confocal microscope.

I want to know can some one provide me the S.O.P (Stranded operating
Protocol) for this Machine, can I expect some Text or Pdf files.

Lister is really great port to learn and share.
