10x objectives for multiphoton work?

Hi Adrian,

Zeiss have a water immersion 10x / 0.45

ziess objective database says its 65% at 1000 nm.
C-Apochromat 10x/0.45 W M27

it expects a 0.17 coverglass....so you must look through a window....but
1.8 mm Working distance...

didnt try it for 2 photon yet.... we have it on a widefield system.
