Dear Arne,

you are right that from the way my points were written it is somehow guided
- pardon for that. I was quit surprised from presented results, i.e.
spinning disc is almost twice better than standard CLSM and used laser
power, that I was not enough careful with proper way of asking for opinions
and ideas from members of confocal list server. Sorry for any inconvenience...
