Hi Adrian,
One thing you may want to check is the position of the bottom of the wells
compare to the plastic frame. The greigner's one I had first were not
flush with the frame and thus I had issues with the objective touching
the frame when imaging the wells on the edge. So I always had to sacrifice
the edge wells and decided to switch to the Matrical plates.
