The cores here are trying to use Labvantage's LIMS system but it seems to be very difficult to deploy and inflexible in its application.  As a user, I thought it was ok but there has been a lot of push back from a majority of users and managers who have to operate the back end, so much so that in some cases they are rolling back to the older home built systems or even tallying from paper sign-ups again.
Regards,
Michael

Dear list members,

Our centre of core facilities is looking into management and booking software. I know this item has appeared on the list several times over the years but one of the companies that caught our eye is iLab Solutions. As far as I can see, this company has never been mentioned as an option for core management software. Does somebody has experience with this company and their iLab software?

Best wishes

Kees
