Hi Carmen,
I am not sure I see where the problem is. I guess you want to detect RNA
in the sample with a DNA probe, right? Then you can denature the DNA and
cool it down before you add it to the sample for hybridization, e.g.
overnight. Then, antibody staining would be the next day.
What do you mean by doing Immunofluorescence to detect the gene? Is
DNA-DNA FISH also involved?
