We've had a positive experience with Zeiss/3d Histech/Perkin Elmer scanners ( I believe that is the progression of the companies those particular scanners fell under during our ownership of them). I would also recommend using another software for analysis after export (Metamorph or ImageJ for example).

I am looking to buy a new virtual slide scanner with both Fluorescent and
bright field capabilities. What are your thoughts on the leica SCN400F?
