 Dear all. We are using ImageJ to calculate texture. We want to know if is possible change the size of the window in the calculation of the matrix GLCM. If this size is fixed by defect.? , what is size of the window? Let us clear. We refer to the size of the window that moves in different angles to process the image and not referring to ROI.
