Hi Jim,
The Zeiss articles on Airy Scanning say that they use a PMT array, so
your assumption sounds about right. Have you tried calling Hamamatsu?
I've talked to them before about detectors for unique applications
and they don't necessarily have everything they can make listed on the
website. They may not be willing to sell it to you, but worth a shot.
