Dear microscopist,

I'm in a lab which also purchasing new multiphotons laser for intravital imaging. We are also in the dilemma of choosing laser of 140fs and 70fs which as the white paper suggest would have different fluorescent signal intensity and background. Can you the expert share your experience? Thanks very much.
