Jolien, when you use the power meter make sure, you have tuned to the
right wavelength on the power meter and it has sensitivity in that range
and no polarizers/prisms in the path. Also you can use the digital zoom
to increase to the max, i.e. 40x in the scan area so the galvos are
parked not scanning while you make your measurement.
