Dear All -
We have been struggling (for some time) with a Nikon/Andor spinning disk
system running Metamorph and I am now wondering about trying MicroManager
on this system. It is in regular use, so we cannot afford to disrupt the
users who are not having issues. One major problem right now is with the
PFS and a difficult sample with a matrix gel and multiple well-plates.
Anyway, my question to the experts out there is whether or not we can run
uManager simultaneously on a system running Metamorph or if they will
interfere with each other and we should not bother?
If they won't play well together, I would be interested to know if there is
a Metamorph User Community out there? Please point me the way! We are not
able to get any support from any of our vendors on this software and feel a
bit stuck with it now.
