FRAP Experiment with Leica AFC

Dear List,
we are currently perfoming FRAP experiments using a Leica SP8 with LAS X version software.
In our experment, we need to follow the fluorescence recovery for several tens of minutes in a very specific focal plane (proteins related to focal adhesions).
We are using the FRAP app wizard and we would like to use the AFC (Adaptative Focus Control) to keep the focal adhesions in focus but FRAP wizard doesn't provide to use it and it's not available as option. We tried to set AFC directly on the microscope but when we start the run, it's immediatly swtiched off.
Does anybody have the same problem and known how to use AFC in FRAP experiment?
